1. Open the CPU cooler and check whether the accessories are complete and whether the parameters match. The general composition has the fan, the base, the clip, the heat dissipation silica gel these several major parts.
2. Put the white clip into the base slot first, then put the black clip into the base to complete the installation of the base.
3. Spread the heat dissipation silica gel evenly on the radiator and CPU, and insert the base into the motherboard card slot to fix the position.
4. Check the angle and position, and simulate the installation in advance. If it is not suitable, adjust it in time.
5. Put the radiator into the base, and at the same time use the clips on both sides of the radiator to clamp the buckle on the base. At the same time, the power cord is inserted into the corresponding interface of the motherboard, and the installation can be completed to boot.
 
Judgment of Speed Value of Cooling Fan
Cooling fans are usually divided into the following three categories:
1. Axial flow: the direction of the airflow outlet is the same as the axis direction.
2. Centrifugal type: the use of centrifugal force will flow out along the blade.
3. Mixed flow type: has the above two air flow modes.
Speed refers to the speed of the fan rotation, usually in 1 minutes to calculate the number of turns, referred to as: rpm. The rotating speed is related to the number of turns of electromechanical winding, wire diameter, outer diameter and bottom diameter of fan blade impeller, blade shape and bearing used, etc. The rotating speed increases and the air volume increases accordingly.
 
The size of the speed value represents the size of the air volume to a certain extent. When the conditions are certain, the greater the speed, the noise and vibration will increase accordingly. Therefore, when the air volume meets the heat dissipation requirements, low-speed fans should be used as much as possible. The fan speed can be tested by BIOS when starting the computer, or by other monitoring software that comes with the motherboard; it can also be tested by the speed tester.
