Talking about DC Blower

BlowerIt is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (and oil tank), and drip nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically by the offset rotor in the cylinder, and changes the volume between the blades in the rotor slot to suck in, compress, and spit out air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send the lubrication to the dripping nozzle, which drops into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while keeping the gas in the cylinder from returning. Such blowers are also called sliding vane blowers. The blower conveying medium is mainly clean air, clean gas, sulfur dioxide and other inert gases. It can also produce and transport other flammable, explosive, erodible, toxic and special gases on demand.
Operators must be familiar with this regulation before starting up, and operate the blower in strict accordance with this regulation.
1. Check the lubricating oil level of the oil tank, which should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil dipstick.
2. Notify the substation to supply power to this machine.
3, check the control cabinet on the machine, there should be no alarm display, if there is an alarm, find out the reason to eliminate
4. Select "Manual" status. (Touch the "manual" key with your finger).
5. Check whether the pressure relief valve is in the open position (the green light of the pressure relief valve is on). Check that the diffuser should be set to * small opening (the diffuser * small green light is on).
6. After checking the above and confirming that the fan can be started, press the start button and the blower will enter the starting procedure: ① Pre-lubricate the auxiliary oil pump for one minute (the green light for the operation of the auxiliary oil pump is on). ② The blower can start to operate (the green light of the blower is on).
③ The pressure relief valve is slowly closed (the green light of the pressure relief valve opening is off, and the green light of the pressure relief valve closing is on after two minutes).
④ Stop the auxiliary oil pump (the green light of the auxiliary oil pump is off, and the stop red light is on). At this point, the blower is successfully started and can be put into formal operation.
⑤ If the blower fails to start as scheduled after pressing the start button, the low oil pressure alarm red light will be on after one minute, and the whole starting process will be stopped. The cause must be identified and removed after alarm restart.
1. After the fan is started, the opening of the diffuser can be adjusted slowly according to the production needs, and the diffuser "open" key and "close" key are used to control to ensure the necessary air volume.
2. When the fan is running, the fan must be monitored frequently, and pay attention to the current, oil temperature, oil pressure, air inlet vacuum sound, fan, temperature, vibration, etc. of the fan. Make records on time. If there is any abnormality, find out the reason in time and eliminate it, report to the production department, and take emergency shutdown measures when necessary (use with caution).
