C. forcibly stop the fan from rotating (it is not necessary to cut off the fan blades) for one minute or so, and touch the management center of the fan blades with hands to feel its temperature. if the temperature is high but does not pass, it can avoid the fan from being damaged when it is stuck and cause a fire accident.
