1. Blade curvature: Within a certain range of DC cooling fans, the greater the blade curvature, the same speed, the greater the gas kinetic energy, that is, the greater the air volume and wind pressure; at the same time, the greater the blade resistance, the greater the required motor torque.
2. Motor diameter: Due to the existence of the motor and bearings, the central part of the DC cooling fan spindle must have no airflow through the blind zone. The diameter of the spindle will determine the size of this blind zone. A large number of spindle diameters mainly depend on the power of the fan motor-the high power of the motor requires a larger stator winding coil, which must occupy more space, without longitudinal expansion (increase in height), and then must be expanded horizontally (increase in area).

3. Blade radian: In addition to a certain curvature in the cross section, the blades of the DC cooling fan do not extend vertically in the radial direction on the overhead plane, but slightly extend in the direction of rotation.
There are twists and turns, there is a certain arc. If the blades extend vertically in the radial direction, the airflow driven by the rotation of the DC fan will be dispersed on one side of the outlet, and the air supply interval is short and the intensity is short.
Not concentrated; if the current product version has a slight arc, it can ensure that the airflow is concentrated in the cylindrical space in front of the air outlet, spacing and wind pressure.
4. Blade spacing: If the spacing between the blades is too small, it will cause airflow disturbance, increase blade surface friction, and reduce fan efficiency; if the spacing between the blades is too large, it will increase pressure loss and insufficient wind pressure.
