Dc fan installation pay attention to matters?

The DC fan uses the principle of electromagnetic induction, uses the Hall induction component as a synchronous detection device, controls a group of circuits, switches the winding energization sequence, generates a rotating magnetic field, and realizes electronic commutation.

The cooling fan has obvious advantages in terms of wide speed range, light weight, environmental protection and energy saving, controllability, reliability, environmental tolerance and economy. It gradually replaces other types of motors in the field of high performance requirements and occupies a dominant position.

DC fan installation when the need to pay attention:

First, the air duct at the inlet and outlet of the fan is separately supported, and the overlapping weight of the pipe is not allowed to be added to the parts of the fan; the horizontal position of the fan should be paid attention to when installing the fan, and the connection between the joint surface of the fan and the foundation and the air outlet pipe should be adjusted to make it naturally coincide, and no forced connection is allowed;

Second: the electric control box of the fan must match the corresponding fan (power, voltage, pneumatic mode, control form, etc.).

Third: the fan wiring should be professional electrician wiring, wiring must be correct and reliable, especially the electric control box at the wiring number and the number on the fan terminal corresponding to the fan shell should be reliable grounding, grounding must be reliable, can not use zero instead of grounding;

Fourth: After the fan is installed, move the impeller by hand or lever to check whether there is over-tightening or rubbing, whether there are any articles that hinder the rotation, and test operation can be carried out only if there is no abnormal phenomenon. The exposed part of the fan transmission device should have a protective cover (provided by the user). If the fan air inlet is not connected to the pipe, a protective net or other installation device (provided by the user) should also be added.

Fifth. After all the fans are installed, check whether there are any sundries left in the tool box inside the fan. Finally, check all items and check whether there is any abnormality after measuring the machine. If everything is normal, it means perfect completion.
