Of course, for some users, only the pursuit of air volume and air pressure, of course, requires that the higher the speed, the better, and the noise value can be relaxed; for system work, we have always recommended to choose low noise to meet the heat dissipation requirements, the lower the better.

Noise: because the blade periodically bears the pulsating force of the uneven airflow at the outlet, noise is generated; on the other hand, due to the uneven distribution of the pressure on the blade itself and the blade, the disturbance to the surrounding gas and parts during rotation also constitutes rotation noise; in addition, due to the tearing of the gas flowing through the blade, the turbulence layer, vortex and vortex separation are caused by the pulsation of the pressure distribution on the blade and vortex noise. The same series of fans, the wind pressure is large, the noise is also large, therefore, to a reasonable choice of fan form, the margin is too large not only waste electricity, but also increase the noise. For the same type of fan, should try to use low speed running fan; for different types of fan, should choose the lower noise, and should not only consider the speed.

Noise: noise sounds only pure wind, noise is a sound wave, with all the characteristics of sound waves. The abnormal sound is different. When the fan is running, in addition to the sound of the wind, if there are other sounds (with more than two sounds), it can be judged that the fan has abnormal sound. Abnormal sound may be caused by foreign matter or deformation in the bearing, collision due to improper assembly, or looseness caused by uneven winding of the motor winding, which may produce abnormal sound. This fan is among the eliminated.
