Why should a car use a cooling fan?

When a car is running, the engine must be moderately cooled in a high-temperature working environment to keep it working at a suitable temperature to meet the requirements of good engine performance, durability and exhaust emissions. The engine cooling system plays a key role here. It mainly includes cooling fan, water tank, thermostat and other components.

(1) The radiator belongs to the automobile cooling system. The radiator in the engine water cooling system is composed of three parts: the water inlet chamber, the water outlet chamber, the main fin and the radiator core. The coolant is hooked in the radiator core, and the air passes through the process outside the radiator core. The hot coolant becomes cold due to the heat dissipation to the air, and the cold air heats up due to the heat emitted by the coolant, so the radiator is a heat exchanger.

(2) The radiator doubles as water storage and heat dissipation. An air vapor valve is provided on the car radiator cover, and a common air hole communicates with the atmosphere. When the water temperature rises, the cooling water in the car radiator expands and the pressure of water vapor generated rises, and the steam valve is beaten to wither; when the water temperature drops, the pressure drops, the air valve opens, and the outside air will pass from this public The air holes enter the radiator to ensure that the pressure in the radiator remains unchanged.

(3) The radiator is the main part of the cooling system, the purpose is to protect the engine from damage caused by overheating. The principle of the radiator is to use cold air to reduce the temperature of the coolant from the engine in the bottom radiator. The radiator has two main components, the radiator plate composed of small flat tubes, and the overflow tank (on the upper part, bottom or both sides of the radiator plate).

CarCooling fanRole of introduction: principle

In order to avoid overheating and ensure cooling efficiency, the parts around the combustion chamber (cylinder liner, cylinder head, valve, etc.) must be properly cooled. The automobile cooling system is composed of radiator, thermostat, water pump, cylinder water channel, cylinder head water channel, fan, etc. The radiator is responsible for the cooling of circulating water. Its water pipes and heat sinks are mostly made of aluminum. The aluminum water pipes are made of flat shape, and the heat sinks are corrugated. The heat dissipation performance is faced squarely. The installation target policy is perpendicular to the target policy of the air hook. The wind resistance should be small and the cooling efficiency should be high.

The coolant is hooked in the radiator core, and the air passes through the process outside the radiator core. The hot coolant becomes cold due to the heat dissipation to the air, and the cold air heats up due to the heat emitted by the coolant, so the radiator is a heat exchanger.
