3. The loss is small and the efficiency is high. The loss caused by the excitation current of the induction motor is eliminated. At the same time, the permanent magnet DC motor works in a synchronous operation mode because of the permanent magnet excitation. Eliminate the induction motor rotor core frequency loss. These two aspects make the operation efficiency of permanent magnet DC motor much higher than that of induction motor, and the efficiency of small capacity motor is improved more obviously.
4. Good speed performance and simple control. The speed control of DC fan is not only simple, but also has better speed control performance compared with the variable frequency speed control of induction motor.
These advantages and characteristics of DC cooling fan can be very good to make it applied to the electronic industry, mechanical equipment, because of its compact and convenient and other reasons also make it more widely used.
