The DC cooling fan is a kind of heat dissipation device that converts electrical energy into machinery through DC voltage and electromagnetic induction to drive the rotation of the fan blades. It has many characteristics such as good heat dissipation effect, fast speed, and long service life and is widely used. So you have to understand the DC cooling fan is how to operate? The following is a brief introduction by the small editor.

The following is a brief introduction by the small editor.
Operation steps of DC cooling fan:
1. DC cooling fans are mainly composed of rotors, stators, fan blades and other auxiliary components (such as bearings/retaining rings, etc.). There should be many semiconductor components in the control circuit, which have now been stored in one or more ICs. Some manufacturers have specially designed and manufactured many types of control motor ICs to supply fan circuits for design and application. However, different types of IC control circuits are different, but their main purpose is to provide the effective function of the coil and the related characteristic requirements of the DC cooling fan for more effective control and maintenance.
2. The speed signal output from the DC cooling fan circuit is usually in pulse mode. Each wave head indicates that the fan has rotated once. Such a signal can be directly provided through the data bus and should be stopped by the host. The speed signal output by some DC cooling fans is not the real speed of the fan, but a multiple of the speed. For example, 2, 4 or 6 pulses are generated per revolution, so it must be processed to form a real speed signal reflecting the fan. If you want to distinguish whether the speed is the real speed or a multiple, you can use the tachometer to measure the practical speed, and then compare it with the displayed data.
3. The monitoring method of the DC cooling fan itself has two types: alarm sensor and speed sensor. The application of alarm sensor can give an alarm signal when the fan speed is lower than a certain threshold value, and the speed signal output can complete the real-time monitoring of the fan speed. It can be seen that the greater the air volume of the DC cooling fan, the higher the heat dissipation ability. This is because the heat capacity ratio of air is certain. A larger air volume, that is, more air per unit time, can take away more heat. Under the same air volume, the heat dissipation effect is related to the activity mode of breeze.
