How does the DC cooling fan work?

DC cooling fan is an important cooling equipment of modern industrial machinery. It has the characteristics of good heat dissipation effect, long service life, simple structure and convenient installation.
DC cooling fan is mainly composed of rotor, stator, fan blades and other auxiliary components. There should be many semiconductor elements in the control circuit. They are now stored in one or more ICs. Many manufacturers specifically design and manufacture many models of control motor ICs for fan circuit providers to design and use. Different types of IC control circuits are different, but the main purpose is to provide effective functions of the coil and related characteristics of the fan for more effective control and protection.
The working principle of the DC cooling fan: through DC voltage and electromagnetic induction, it is converted from electrical energy to mechanically drive the blades to rotate. Simply put, it is a cooling device that relies on coils and ICs to continuously switch to drive the blades. The DC cooling fan adopts the most advanced design, with the characteristics of large air volume, low noise, long service life, and corrosion resistance.
