1. Roots blower.
Principle: Roots blower is a volume blower, and the conveying air volume is proportional to the number of revolutions. At present, they are mostly trilobal. Each time the three-blade wheel rotates, it is sucked and exhausted three times by the two impellers. Simple structure and stable performance. Its characteristic is that within the maximum design pressure range, when the resistance of the pipe network changes, the flow rate changes very little.
Advantages: simple structure, stable work, high noise, wide application range, high energy consumption, large volume:(1) No internal compression process, low heat preservation efficiency (especially small);(2) Due to gaps, gas leakage, leakage flow The increase in pressure or pressure ratio limits the development of the blower to high pressure;(3) Due to the influence of exhaust pulsation and backflow, aerodynamic noise is relatively large.
2. ScrewBlowerPrinciple: The operating principle of the screw blower is that two parallel yin and yang rotors mesh with each other to form a working volume. Through the synchronous gear, the rotor rotates at a high speed in the opposite direction, and the rotating working volume of the rotor changes periodically, and the gas compression is realized during the gas transmission process.
Advantages:(1) Displacement, output pressure control is convenient. (2) Strong anti-pollution ability. The booster component of the screw fan is a set of intermeshing screws with strong anti-pollution ability.
Disadvantages:(1) easy to leak. Screw fan is easy to leak because of its structural characteristics. (2) The screw is easy to wear. The meshing compression method of the screw fan requires two screws to be in constant contact during work, so that the screw material is worn. As the use time increases, the wear will gradually increase.
3. The principle of multi-stage centrifugal fan: The centrifugal fan is a motor-driven fan impeller to rotate, so that the gas between the blades is discharged under the action of centrifugal force, and the external gas is sucked in through the negative pressure formed in the middle of the impeller to achieve the purpose of a continuous fan. At regular speeds, the single-stage centrifugal boost is limited, and the multi-stage series can meet the boost requirements, which is called a multi-stage centrifugal fan.
Advantages:(1) The full load efficiency is higher than that of the Roots blower (2) The low-speed multi-stage centrifugal blower is a low-speed mechanical fan with stable and reliable operation and long service life. (3) Operation and maintenance are simpler than Roots blowers, full air-cooled design, no cooling water failure and maintenance costs.
Disadvantages:(1) Poor flow regulation performance, low efficiency, high energy consumption and high operating cost. (2) When multiple machines are running in parallel, it is easy to interfere with each other. (3) Large volume, heavy mass, large vibration, installation requires a foundation. (4) If there is oil, please replace the lubricating oil regularly.
