However, in recent years, brushless fans have become popular in China and have become a very popular and recognized technical product. The core of the brushless fan is the brushless motor. The motor only wears the bearing, and the service life is greatly improved. Under comprehensive working conditions, the service life of the motor can reach 30000 hours, which is about 3 times the service life of the brush motor. Note: Non-Hall sensor measurement, but use back EMF method to detect side position. Advantages of brushless fans. The motor starts smoothly, the starting current increases gradually, and there is no phenomenon such as combustion insurance caused by large current impact, reducing the power supply voltage, etc. Stepless speed regulation, wide speed range (currently the fan is controlled at 600~3000RPM), strong overload capacity; but the brush motor needs resistance speed regulation, which is less efficient. Using brush + PWM speed control module mode, the total cost advantage is not as good as brushless. The motor itself has no excitation loss and brush loss, high efficiency, good comprehensive power saving effect, power saving up to 15%, and comprehensive working life of 30000 hours. PWM communication, with stall, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and other protection functions and fault feedback, can also use LIN communication to meet the various needs of customers. Lightweight design, selection of more efficient and lightweight raw materials, simplify the design structure. For example, the brushless fan adopts a spherical design with a large concave-convex structure. The lightest 400W fan assembly weighs only 3KG. No carbon brush, no spark, motor and controller integrated structure, better EMC performance, conduction disturbance, radiation disturbance up to level 3. From the patch to the stator, the rotor is self-made and has complete process capability.
