In fact, the air volume and air pressure of the cooling fan have no equal relationship with the number of blades. However, at the same speed, the air volume with more blades will be larger, but with more blades, the general speed is not high, and the same motor size, The speed will be lower.
For example, 12038 this commonly used supercharged cooling fan, the air volume and air pressure of 11 blades are 230CFM and 27.5 mmH2O, and the rotating speed can only reach 4300 revolutions. For the 7-blade fan, the air volume and air pressure are 241CFM and 31.3 mmH2O, but the rotating speed is 6200 revolutions. From this point of view, the air volume and pressure of 7 leaves are a little larger than that of 11 leaves.
The above two models have a high usage rate in the mining machine industry, but the cost of 11 leaves is lower. Therefore, the usage is larger, and the air volume and pressure data of the two cooling fans are very similar. Therefore, from this point of view, the number of blades is not the decisive factor in determining the size of the air volume.
