2. Fan protection test:
2.1. swivel lock protection
2.1.1 Several fan blades are connected together to fix and restrict its rotation. If the fan and electronic components are not damaged and the components restricting rotation are released, the fan can automatically restart its rotation.
2.1.2 For fans with small current or with Auto start function, lock the fan blades in the power-on rotation state. After 72 hours, loosen the locked fan blades, and the fan will automatically restart immediately, proving that the fan is normal.
2.1.3 Fans with high current or without Auto start function cannot be locked for a long time, otherwise the fan will be overheated and damaged.
2.2 polarity protection
Under normal voltage conditions, if the fan is powered on for 15 minutes with the reverse power supply, and then press the normal two poles to connect again after the power is off, all functions will be normal
2.3. Free Fall
The monomer is dropped from an altitude of 600mm to a 30mm thick board. Any one and one corner of the 6 surfaces of the fan can withstand the drop test and confirm that there is no damage.
2.4. Insulation impedance
Under the condition of 500V DC, the positive resistance of the outer frame and the lead shall not be less than 10MΩ.
2.5. Insulation strength
Under the condition of 5mA leakage current and AC500V for 60 seconds, there is no abnormality between the outer frame of the fan and the wire, which proves that the insulation is good.
