[Do you know about heat dissipation] What are the fan protection tests?

1. Swivel lock protection 1.1 several fan blades are connected together to restrict the rotation. If the fan and electronic components are not damaged and the components that restrict the rotation are loosened, the fan can automatically restart the rotation. 1.2 the fan with small current or with Auto start function, lock the fan blade in the power-on rotation state, and after 72 hours, release the locked fan blade, and the fan will automatically restart immediately, proving that the fan is normal. 1.3 fans with high current or without Auto start function, do not lock for a long time, otherwise the fan will be overheated and damaged. 2. Polarity protection Voltage

[Heat dissipation knowledge] DC fan, heat dissipation fan test method steps

1. Current: The current is measured after continuous rotation for 3 minutes 2. Speed: the rate is measured after 3 minutes of continuous rotation 3. Starting voltage: the voltage that can start the fan operation after turning on the switch "ON" 4. Input power: The input power is measured after 3 minutes of continuous rotation 5. Lock current: can lock the fan of the machine, lock the current in the fresh air lock machine 3 minutes 6. Air flow data and pressure data are measured according to "AMCA standard" or DIN24163 rules. The data are measured in double pressure chambers, and the pressure data on each side of the pressure chamber need to be measured. 7. Noise standard: The noise standard test refers to the DIN45635 standard, and the measurement is carried out in the soundproof room. The microphone is placed at one meter of the fan.

[know no] dc fan and ac fan cooling what is the difference?

1. Working principle: The working principle of the DC cooling fan: through DC voltage and electromagnetic induction, electrical energy is converted into machinery to drive the blades to rotate. Relying on the coil and IC to switch continuously, the induction magnetic ring drives the blades to rotate. The working principle of AC fan: driven by AC power supply, the voltage will be positive and negative alternating, and it does not rely on circuit control to generate a magnetic field. The power frequency is fixed, and the magnetic pole change speed generated by the silicon steel sheet is determined by the power frequency. The higher the frequency, the faster the magnetic field switching speed, the faster the rotation speed will theoretically be. However, the frequency can not be too fast, too fast will cause difficulty in starting. 2. Structure group
